A Framework

Enneagram

for Development

Are you ready to unlock your next level of awareness to level up your leadership?

The Enneagram provides a framework for understanding how ego works to reveal your strengths, limitations, and blind spots, and it provides a path of action you can take to expand your sense of self and become a more effective leader.

The Enneagram describes nine archetypes: the Challenger, the Peacemaker,  the Perfectionist, the Helper, the Achiever, the Individualist, the Investigator, the Loyalist, and the Enthusiast. The exploration starts with identifying which of these archetypes you most identify with.

What’s Your Archetype?

ENNEAGRAM

A Framework for Development

Working with the Enneagram reveals unconscious patterns that have been shaping your life. You will gain a deeper appreciation for your strengths that have supported your success, and also how these patterns can cause challenges in your professional life, your personal relationships, and ultimately with yourself.

How can the Enneagram help?

As your patterns are revealed, you have the opportunity to step outside the box of your Enneagram type and expand into the fullness of your potential. The ultimate goal in working with the Enneagram is to return to one’s essential nature, reclaiming the virtues of each of the 9 types that are lost when ego is running the show.

When the Enneagram is applied to leadership, you gain a greater understanding and appreciation for the  diversity of humanity, and learn how to work more effectively with people who have different ways of seeing and experiencing the world.

Knowledge of self and others is the core of emotional intelligence which is key to being a great leader. If you are ready to level up your leadership, the Enneagram has wisdom for you.

We work with the Enneagram not to put ourselves (or others) in a box, but to reveal the box you’ve been living in so you can get out of it.

Enneagram & Team Development

The Enneagram is a powerful tool for team development. It increases self awareness and supports teams to understand and appreciate differences in working styles leading to greater collaboration and productivity.

When I bring the Enneagram to a team, the first step is to support each team member to identify their Enneagram type. We then build on that foundation through interactive workshops to help your team achieve its goals whether that’s to become more effective in communicating, navigating conflict, giving and receiving feedback, increasing psychological safety and trust, breaking down silos, or supporting your team members to step outside their comfort zone into the next level of their leadership.

It is my great joy to consult with leaders to create experiences for their teams that result in both deeper connection and lasting change. Reach out to explore how we might bring the Enneagram to your team and organization and help everyone level up.

Since it takes time and focus to see results, we often pair Enneagram workshops with 1:1 coaching for each participant. This confidential space allows for each participant to gain deeper insights about their unique experience and to have support to digest and integrate insights from the group experience.

Let’s connect and explore possibilities.

As a type 9, Peacemaker, the Enneagram helped me see a deep, unconscious need for harmony that was playing out in my life through the lens of type 9, the Peacemaker. In some ways it helped me thrive professionally, but the downside was that I was disconnected from my truth for fear of creating disharmony in my relationships.

The Enneagram helped me see that the “peace” I was experiencing was a false peace because it didn’t take my feelings, desires, and needs into account. With these insights I crafted practices to expand beyond my Peacemaker comfort zone and open to
